Gates Police: Rochester man arrested after being found in stolen car with Fentanyl

GATES, N.Y. (WHEC) — A Rochester man was arrested after Gates Police say they found him in a vehicle that was stolen out of Irondequoit with a bag containing 10.2 grams of Fentanyl, small baggies, about 100 needles, a mixing bowl and scales.
It happened on Tuesday at an apartment complex on Spencerport Road.
Carlos Machado, 32, was charged with third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and fourth degree criminal possession of stolen property.
Machado was released with an appearance ticket.
