Crews from 7 fire departments help extinguish Phelps garage fire

PHELPS, N.Y. (WHEC) — It took about 20,000 gallons of water and crews from seven fire departments to extinguish a fire at a Phelps garage Friday afternoon.

The fire happened on Ridley Road.

The Phelps Fire Department asked for a full response from Oaks Corners Fire Department and tankers out of Seneca Castle, North Side, Border City, Junius and Clifton Springs.
