Police car chase ends in crash

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — RPD spotted a stolen car on Thursday morning, but the driver sped off as police started to chase after it.
The stolen car eventually crashed into a snow bank at Avery and Emerson streets, near the Maplewood historic district.
Three juveniles in the car were eventually arrested. No officers were injured during the incident.
