ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) – U.S. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer is holding a news conference in Rochester where he’s addressing the hospital staffing crisis.

Schumer is at Strong Memorial Hospital where he’s expected to speak at 1:15 p.m.
