ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The total lunar eclipse reached its peak at 5:59 a.m. on Tuesday. News10NBC Today got video of the eclipse and First Alert Meteorologist Rich Caniglia explains why it’s such a rare occurrence.
The eclipse started at 5:26 a.m. and ended at 6:41 a.m.
