Buffalo Bills Skip Past Patriots, 47-17

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WHEC) — The Buffalo Bills look to win and advance in its wild card playoff game against the New England Patriots.

Josh Allen scrambles for a 26 yard pickup on the ground. Buffalo is past midfield.

Josh Allen keeps a play alive and finds Dawson Knox for the first score of the game.

Mac Jones and the Patriots extend their first drive until Micah Hyde makes an incredible play on a deep ball for an interception in the end zone. Bills football.

Buffalo – 7, New England – 0. 5:40 in the first quarter.

Josh Allen leads an 8-yard drive capped off by another throw to Dawson Knox in the endzone.

Buffalo – 14, New England – 0. 0:40 in the first quarter.

Buffalo stops New England on the first drive of the second quarter. It’s going to be Bills football again.

Another Josh Allen rush puts the QB over 50 yards on the ground in the first half. Over nine minutes until the break.

Devin Singletary cashes in for a touchdown rush. However, New England blocks Tyler Bass’s extra point attempt.

Buffalo – 20, New England – 0. 7:20 in the second quarter.

Bills stop New England near midfield. Buffalo will have the ball inside the 20 yard line with under four minutes to go until halftime.

Josh Allen goes to Isaiah McKenzie and Stefon Diggs for back-to-back big pickups and the Bills are on the New England 25 yard line.

Devin Singletary walks into the endzone for his second TD of the game. This time, the Tyler Bass extra point isn’t blocked.

Patriots are able to get three points on the board. At halftime, Buffalo is on top, 27-3. It’s the largest halftime deficit in Patriots’ postseason history.

New England starts the third quarter with the ball and Buffalo turns Mac Jones over with a Matt Milano tip and Levi Wallace interception.

Josh Allen has his third TD pass of the game, this time to Emmanuel Sanders as the Bills are pouring it on.
