Governor Hochul delivers 2022 State of the State address

ALBANY, N.Y. (WHEC) – New York Governor Kathy Hochul delivered her first State of the State address at Wednesday at the State Assembly Chamber.
Hochul became the state’s first female governor in August, following the resignation of Andrew Cuomo. Hochul is hoping to keep the office in the November election.
The governor’s office released the State of the State "book" to accompany her address Wednesday.
