ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — It’s a new year’s resolution for many and now, the University of Rochester Medical Center wants to help anyone struggling to quit smoking.
It’s offering a free, virtual six-session program called "Commit to Quit" that begins right after the new year.
The group sessions start on Thursday, Jan. 13.
This is an opportunity to learn from the experts, and to do it with others and attending every session is not mandatory.
Those interested can register online or by phone at 585-602-0720. More information on each session is on the URMC’s website.
