Livingston County Sheriff’s Deputy surprises kids facing difficult Christmas

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office is recognizing one of their own for going above and beyond for a family in need this Christmas.
Investigator Gene Chichester worked with Livingston County Mental Health to give cookie decorating kits to four children dealing with a significant loss this holiday.
An anonymous donor also provided Christmas gifts for the children and Chichester delivered the goodies in person on Dec. 23.
