Ogden Police remind residents to lock cars

OGDEN, N.Y. (WHEC) — Police in Ogden are reminding people to lock their car doors after a resident spotted a suspicious person and vehicle near Ogden-Parma Town Line Road Tuesday morning.

Officers responded, but the driver took off.

They found the car later with the keys inside.

Officers say another vehicle was stolen from the same area in the past week.

Police are asking people to remember to remove the keys from their cars, as well as any valuables, and lock their doors.
