Man dies in crash in Finger Lakes

POTTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Deputies say that Timothy Decker, the driver of the car, passed away after his car went off the road and ran into a tree.
The crash happened just after 6:30 p.m. on Monday night on Phelps Road in Potter.
Decker was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash is still under investigation.
