Rochester teenager shot on Hollenbeck Street

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Rochester Police are investigating a shooting that occurred Sunday evening involving a female in her late teens.
The preliminary investigation suggests the gunshot victim was inside of her residence when she was struck by at least one bullet that entered through an exterior wall, police say.
According to police, when officers arrived at the 400 block of Hollenbeck Street around 8:50 p.m.
The victim was transported by ambulance to an area hospital where she is being treated.
The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
