Deputies investigating 531 crash as DWI

SPENCERPORT, N.Y. (WHEC) — A serious-looking crash on Route 531 caused what deputies say are non-life-threatening injuries this Christmas Eve.
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office says a car was headed west near Manitou Road when it crossed over the grassy median, onto the eastbound side of 531 and hit an SUV head-on.
Deputies didn’t say how many people were injured.
They are investigating it as a DWI crash.
