Police: Man arrested for 3 recent robberies

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Rochester Police Friday arrested a man who they say robbed two credit unions and a bank in November.

Robert James Moody, 38, was arrested by the United States Marshal’s Violent Felony Fugitive Task Force on North Clinton Avenue.

Police say he robbed the Key Bank at 1185 University Ave. on Nov. 22, the ESL Federal Credit Union at 215 N. Winton Rd. on Nov. 26 and the Summit Federal Credit Union at 928 N. Clinton Ave. on Nov. 27.

He was charged with three counts of third degree robbery, two counts of fourth degree grand larceny and one count of third degree grand larceny.

He is scheduled to be arraigned Saturday morning in Rochester City Court.
