ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WHEC) — As Week 14 in the NFL arrives, the Bills have shown themselves to be erratic. Sean McDermott’s team hasn’t won consecutive games in nearly two months.

As they gear up to face the (9-3) Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Buffalo has its focus on one idea above all else: execution.

Before Wednesday’s practice, McDermott preached just that.

"There’s been moments of execution, right," he asked rhetorically. "Really, what I’m focused on is this game this week and our level of execution. You’ve seen a lot of good moments of execution and that’s what we have to do. That’s what we have to do is get to a level of consistency in terms of execution."

Buffalo and Tampa Bay kick-off at 4:25 p.m. on Sunday.
