Genesee Valley Concerns of Police Survivors holds annual Candlelight Memories Vigil

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — The Genesee Valley Concerns of Police Survivors held its annual Candlelight Memories Vigil Tuesday night to honor fallen police officers.

It was held at Christ Episcopal Church on East Avenue.

New York State Trooper Jennifer Czarnecki, who died from cancer after working at Ground Zero, was honored. So was New York State Trooper James Monda, who died in a SCUBA training dive.
