‘Shop with a cop’ aims to provide positive experience for children

VICTOR, N.Y. (WHEC) — Ontario County law enforcement held its annual "Shop with a Cop" event at Eastview Mall on Saturday afternoon.
Law enforcement volunteers are taking action to make sure it is a Merrier Christmas for some area kids.
Ontario County Police Benevolent Association (OCPBA), Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, Canandaigua Police Department, NY State Troop and Dick’s House of Sports partnered up to provide school-aged children with a positive experience with a helpful authority figure.
