590 reopens after crash near Empire Boulevard

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — 590 is back open Thursday morning after a crash involving what looks like at least two cars blocked a lane of the interstate near Empire Boulevard.
New York State Police were on the scene as well as a tow truck.
The crash happened around 10:30 p.m.
