It’s beginning to look a lot like… snow! Wet snow blankets upstate town
ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC)— Tis’ the season, for Lake Effect snow! An upstate New York town found a snowy blanket covering the ground Wednesday morning as roughly four inches of snow fell in Harrisburg, Lewis County.
The town is about 115 miles northeast of Rochester. Images picked up by NYS Mesonet make it seem like a winter wonderland!
Back here in Rochester, we’re not seeing that sort of snowfall, but we are dealing with some chilly temperatures. Wednesday marked the coldest temps of the season so far in Rochester as the reading came in around 33 degrees.
