Man hospitalized after stabbing on city’s northwest side

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — A Rochester man is recovering in the hospital after being stabbed on the city’s northwest side late Saturday night.

Rochester Police responded around 11 p.m. to the 200 block of Driving Park Avenue for the report of a man stabbed.

Upon arrival, officers found a 30-year-old man with a stab wound to his upper body.

The man was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital and is expected to survive.

There are no suspects in custody at this time.
