ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC)— It took a long time to get here but the first cruise ships are out on voyages again after a pandemic pause.

Still, there are a lot of rules to follow, and while it may be a little different– we know local families may be looking to book a cruise coming up.

So what can you expect?
