Gates Chili Fire District hosting blood drive Thursday

GATES, N.Y. (WHEC) — The Gates Chili Fire District is hosting a blood drive on Thursday.

It’ll be at the Main Hall at 2355 Chili Avenue from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Anyone who donates blood this month will be entered for a chance to win free gas for a year.

It’s part of the American Red Cross’s push to get more donations while they deal with a severe shortage.
