Paving to delay traffic on Jay Street Thursday and Friday

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — A paving project on a portion of Jay Street will delay traffic beginning Thursday.
Crews will be working on Jay Street between Mt. Read Boulevard and the railroad tracks east of Louise Street.
The paving will continue through Friday, though the project is weather dependant.
Drivers should expect delays and changes in traffic patterns.
No parking will be allowed in the work zone from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on both days.
