Driver of stolen Kia flees after hitting three parked cars, and leaving Kia on its side
ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Just after 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, Rochester Police responded to the area of Clarissa Street and Edinburgh for the report of a car accident with a flipped car. Officers learned a Kia stolen out of the city was traveling northbound on Clarissa Street when it side-swiped at least three unoccupied parked cars, then continued forward to roll onto its side.
The driver of this stolen car, a male of unknown age, left the stolen car, and got into another car waiting for him, and left the scene.
No injuries were reported at the scene, and the surrounding area has since reopened to traffic.
