Motorcyclist and passenger injured after striking a deer

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – A motorcyclist and a passenger were taken to the hospital after striking a deer on Lakeshore Boulevard near Log Cabin Road Monday night.
The crash happened around 11 p.m. When Rochester Police officers arrived, they found a 39-year-old man, the motorcyclist, and a 24-year-old woman, the passenger, injured. Both are expected to survive.
