Retired Greece Police officer sentenced to 15 months in prison for child porn

GREECE, N.Y. — A retired Greece Police officer was sentenced to 15 months in prison on Tuesday for possessing child pornography.

Raymond Dipasquale pleaded guilty in April. Officials say that between November 2020 and February 2022, Dipasquale had devices that he used to receive, posses, and view child pornography.

Dipasquale possessed about 700 images and videos of child pornography. Officials say some of the images and videos depicted minors subjected to violence and sexual abuse.

Dipasquale will also get five years of supervised release and must register as a sex offender.
