ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — A man has been indicted for a shooting incident that saw several bullets hit the News10NBC building,
Several bullets hit the studio on East Avenue and damaged the windows of the lobby in August, A restaurant across the street was also hit during the exchange of gunfire.
On Tuesday, police arrested 28-year-old Darnell Barry.
He’s facing charges of criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment, as well as a second degree assault charge in a separate incident.
