Bonuses OK’d for Monroe County-employed or contracted healthcare workers

MONROE COUNTY, N.Y. — The Monroe County Legislature Tuesday authorized bonuses for county-employed or contracted health care workers.
County legislators approved the measure in a unanimous vote.
Health care workers were promised these bonuses by New York state for working on the front lines during the pandemic.
Workers are eligible for a maximum of $3,000.
