ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The Federal Aviation Administration will pay a visit to the Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport in the coming weeks.

The FAA is holding runway safety meetings at about 90 airports across the country and Rochester is among them.

The visit aims to get airport officials together to identify risks and develop plans to eliminate them. FAA officials say the goal is zero close calls.
