Reward offered for information on fugitive
BATAVIA, N.Y. — A reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of Nathan L. Royse. Batavia Police say Royse has an active warrant on a gun charge — and for absconding. He is on parole for a burglary conviction.
Investigators say Royse, 32, should be considered armed and dangerous.
