Center for Youth executive director Elaine Spaull receives Rotary Award

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The Rochester Rotary Club Wednesday presented the annual Rochester Rotary award to Elaine Spaull.
Rotary officials say Spaull’s work with the Center for Youth, of which she is executive director, reaches more than 25,000 young people each year. This was the 85th year the award has been given out by the Rotary Club.
