Rochester murder suspect indicted for fatal shooting

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — A Rochester murder suspect has been indicted.
Treyshon Pittman is accused in a shooting that happened back on July 3. Pittman got into a fight with Deanthony Rodgers by a food cart on Monroe Avenue and Goodman Street.
RPD tells us Pittman shot and killed Rodgers. Then someone shot Pittman. Now that he’s out of the hospital, Pittman is charged with murder, reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon.
