Traffic Alert: Parts of South Avenue will become one lane through Friday

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Starting Thursday, South Avenue from Elmwood Avenue to Highland Avenue will be limited to one lane alternating traffic.
The area will remain one lane through Friday. Until then, you can expect delays and drivers are asked to find a different route.
