ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — The first court date for the man charged with kidnapping, raping and murdering Brittanee Drexel has been moved, according to a News10NBC affiliate.

Raymond Moody was supposed to have his first day in court on Tuesday, but our affiliate is reporting it will likely be in the Fall instead.

Drexel’s body was recovered, and Moody was charged back in May—a long and tumultuous search spanning over thirteen years.

The 15th circuit solicitor says there are hundreds of boxes of information in this case—the data going as far back as 2009 when Drexel was first reported missing from her spring break trip to Myrtle Beach.
