Heavy Police presence at Sixth and Bay Streets

(ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) – There is currently a heavy police presence at the corner of Sixth and Bay Streets.
Police have not been able to confirm anything to us right now, but we did see them searching the area with flashlights, and from where we’re standing we can see a car with one of its doors open, that’s surrounded by caution tape.
The command van arrived on scene just moments ago.
