Walworth man accused of dragging woman with car during domestic dispute

WALWORTH, N.Y. – A Walworth man was arrested for allegedly dragging a woman with his car during a custody exchange on September 8.

According to New York State Police, Gregory J. Puglisi, age 31, of Walworth, NY, was at Walworth Penfield Road in the town of Walworth for a custody exchange. After an argument with the victim, the woman was dragged about 20 feet down the road as Puglisi fled the scene.

The woman had minor injuries and was treated on the scene by EMS.

On October 19, Puglisi was arrested for reckless endangerment, assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

Puglisi was taken to Wayne County Jail for arraignment.
