Memorial Art Gallery celebrates Haudenosaunee Heritage Day

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Memorial Art Gallery hosted Haudenosaunee Heritage Celebration Day on Sunday.

There was free museum admission, live dances and demonstrations with the Allegany River Indian Dancers and storytelling, display tables, history, culture and more.

This celebration series is in collaboration with Friends of Ganondagan and featured dance demonstrations, a music and instruments workshop, along with audience participation.
