Wyoming County man faces sexual abuse charges involving child

WYOMING COUNTY, N.Y. — A Wyoming County man is facing charges after allegedly sexually abusing a child younger than 15.
Deputies arrested Martin Smith, 64, of Silver Springs. He is charged with two counts of sexual abuse and another count of endangering the welfare of a child.
Smith is in jail on $10,000 bail.
