Commercial vehicles banned on Thruway from Rochester exit to PA state line

The New York State Thruway Authority announced a commercial vehicle ban on Wednesday morning until further notice from Exit 46 (Rochester, Corning, and I-390) to the Pennsylvania State line.

The ban impacts I-90 and I-190 in both directions. It comes as lake-effect snow is expected for some parts of the Western New York region.
