Deputies: Lyons man arrested after violent burglary

WAYNE COUNTY, N.Y. — A man from Lyons is facing charges after a violent burglary.
Monroe County deputies say Steven Wilcox forced his way into his neighbor’s apartment, punched him, and tackled him onto a coffee table. They say Wilcox tried to stab him with a kitchen knife. The victim was hurt.
Wilcox is facing several charges, including burglary and assault.
