Contractor accused of ripping off customers in Monroe, Orleans counties

A local contractor is accused of ripping off customers in Orleans and Monroe counties.
David Fladie of Varysburg is charged with grand larceny and scheme to defraud.
Investigators say Fladie accepted more than $63,000 in payments for work, and either never started or never finished the job.
He’s facing charges in the towns of Clarkson, Murray and Clarendon.
