Bloomfield man accused of child sex abuse

BLOOMFIELD, N.Y. (WHEC) — A Bloomfield man is accused of sexually abusing a child younger than 13 years old.

Timmy Miller, 59, is charged with sexual abuse in the first degree.

Deputies say Miller was arrested after a joint investigation with child protective services found that the contact happened on July 30 in Bloomfield.

Miller was sent to the Ontario County Jail and will appear in the West Bloomfield Town Court at a later date.
