ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Route 490 near the Bushnell’s Basin in Perinton has reopened after a rollover crash on Tuesday night.
Monroe County sheriff’s deputies say both speed and weather were factors after a car went off the road just before 11 p.m. No one was injured.
