PERRY, N.Y. (WHEC) — A Pennsylvania man wanted for a double murder was found in Perry during a traffic stop last month.
The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office said Richard Smith was arrested for the triple shooting which happened back in 2017 in the Philadelphia metro area. A 16-year-old and a 20-year-old were killed. A 15-year-old was also injured.
Smith was found in the back seat of a car driven by another Pennsylvania man, Lonelle Fogan.
