ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Police are trying to figure out who shot and killed a dog at around midnight in the city. It happened at Carter and Lux Streets.

The Rochester Police Department said no witnesses are cooperating to help figure out what lead up to this and who shot the dog.
