ROCHESTER, N.Y. — News10NBC is working to learn more about an investigation into a crash at Arnett Boulevard and Rugby Avenue on Rochester’s southwest side.
Monroe County sheriff’s deputies responded to the crash around 5:30 p.m. on Monday. We’ve reached out to the sheriff’s office and the Rochester Police Department for more information.
