First Alert Weather: Briefly colder midweek with some rain and snow showers

ROCHESTER N.Y. (WHEC) — Mostly cloudy and mainly dry weather is ahead for today. Temperatures will be 20-30 degrees lower this afternoon compared to yesterday.

A weak front will arrive tonight into tomorrow with an increasing threat of some showers. As temperatures continue to drop into the 30s some wet snowflakes may mix in but no accumulations are expected.

A cold breeze with some mixed showers will stick around through the day tomorrow. After that, the weather will get drier and nicer heading towards the weekend.

Temperatures overall will average a bit below normal but we will see day-to-day warming through Sunday. Stay tuned to News10NBC for the latest timing on the showers for Wednesday.
