ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A car fire was reported just before 9 p.m. Tuesday near the South Clinton Avenue on-ramp, by Route 490 at the Geva Theatre.

A man riding his bike nearby says he saw the car, under an embankment in flames, seemingly left there.
