Yellow Alert Weather: Dangerous heat through Thursday; Local thunderstorms on Tuesday

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — As clouds clear on Tuesday afternoon, hot and hazy weather will arrive with temperatures soaring into the 90s. The heat index in the afternoon will approach 100 degrees.
