Gates Police: Charges pending after party at Airbnb without owner’s knowledge

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Charges are pending against two people for what Gates Police are calling a “domestic offense” at a party at an Airbnb without the owner’s knowledge.
Gates Police responded to the house on Varian Lane off Buffalo Road after getting reports of a fight at a house party. They soon learned that the house was a rental.
News10NBC’s crew also saw Monroe County sheriff’s deputies helping with the investigation.
